Can I put my membership on hold?
You can freeze your membership for a monthly fee of £10. Free for medical reasons.
You can freeze your membership twice per calendar year, for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three.
*The option to freeze is not available to those joining on a temporary membership option.
Are all classes included as part of membership?
Your Fab Health & Fitness Clubs membership includes all classes.
Do you offer trials?
We do not offer trials. However, you can book a tour.
Can I bring a friend?
You may bring a friend on a guest pass.
What type of footwear should I wear on the gym floor?
Suitable footwear, like athletic trainers, is required at all times on the gym floor. This helps ensure everyone’s safety and comfort during workouts.

Yes, please use a towel or sweat towel to protect the equipment. This keeps everything clean and comfortable for everyone.
Do I need to wipe down the equipment after using it?
Yes, please wipe down equipment after each use. This helps keep the gym clean and ready for the next person.
